Sean has been an incredible machine, determined to shed those extra pounds and prove to his doctor that his high blood pressure and bad cholesterol results could be changed with NO medicine! He worksout almost everyday, 1x a week with myself, then diligently follows my program the rest of the week which includes tons of cardio – running or biking, and weights as well. His nutrition has been so focused, I’m amazed at how well he has changed his diet! It is hard to be a cook and entertain, but Sean has somehow found the balance between his social life and understanding what it takes to get to his goal. He has inspired his family and friends to adopt a healthy lifestyle because he has proven that getting off of your lazy butt can really make a difference!
