Personal Training
For those new to exercising or those needing an extra kick, personal training provides the one-on-one attention to help you meet your goals. Sessions are 1 hour long.
$70 + hst / session
$65 + hst / session x 10
Group Training
Work out with a buddy or increase the intensity by adding a little bit of friendly competition! Groups of 2 or 3 are encouraged to help motivate each other as well as provide support for attaining each individual’s goals. Sessions are 1 hour long.
$90 + hst / group of 2
$110 + hst / group of 3
Body Composition Analysis

Active Rehabilitation
Whether recovering from a sport injury or accident, I will work with a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and/or registered massage therapists to aid in your recovery. Program Planning
For those wishing to stay active on their own, I will provide a customized program for you to follow. Whether doing weights at home or a running program outdoors, it is recommended that you participate in a minimum of 10 workout sessions with me before deciding to exercise on your own. As always, programs are tailored to your specific needs, so please inquire for more details.
